    Festivalgoers with VIP or Executive passes must buy a ticket for every person in their group, regardless of age.

  • No. The Gordy's HWY30 Music Fest is for all ages.

  • Only small, clear bags no larger than 14x14 inches will be allowed inside the festival.

  • NO outside food or drink. Vendors will be inside for all your needs.

  • Executive is all hosted! VIP is not. Both have their own area with access to private bathrooms, bars, food, and a raised side seating viewing area.

  • You should definitely plan to arrive several hours early to be on the safe side. Please be prepared for significant delays if you choose to disobey signage and staff. We highly recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service.

  • Anyone with a valid HWY30 Music Fest wristband is welcome in the Camping area at any time.

  • Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed for accessing the Festival You may inquire further at help@hwy30nation.com. Please include your order number and be as detailed as possible describing your situation.

  • Only passes you originally purchased through HWY30 Music Fest website can be guaranteed as valid.

    Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties. You will only know that your third party pass is valid when it successfully scans into the Venue EACH day. Activating a wristband does not guarantee the wristband is (or will remain) valid for all three days.

    Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.

  • All prescriptions must be in properly labeled containers that match the holder's ID. (No pillboxes!)

  • You should identify yourself to security as you wait to enter the Venue. Festival Personnel will locate the medical staff adjacent to the main entrance who will assist you in providing a secure area to store all items. Medical-related items that are not available for purchase on site, food included, may be brought in. You may be asked to provide an official doctor’s note or prescription detailing the necessity of the item.

  • Yes, but only if it's for an infant or toddler.

  • Smartphones are permitted, but no professional cameras or recording devices are allowed.

  • Professional cameras are any cameras with a detachable lens. No DSLRs allowed either.

  • You’ve got it right. Here are some examples:

    Parasols will not deflect water as an umbrella does. Most parasols are made of paper and a light wood as bamboo, not metal and water resistant material.

    If it falls into the dimensions of 23” long / 32” wide opened its good.

    Also non metal stemmed handle and scoping pole. Light weight wood such as bamboo.

  • This is a rain or shine event.

  • Yes. You will have to go through security again and be checked. All the same rules still apply!

    Notice to Daily Passholders:

    Once your ticket has been scanned, you will be not be permitted to re-enter the venue after 5:00pm every day. Please make sure you are inside of the Texas Motor Speedway before then!

    If your ticket has NOT been scanned, you will be permitted to enter the venue for the first time after the 5:00 cutoff.

    Attendees with Camping Passes may leave and enter the venue via the South Tunnel entrance throughout the day—there is no cutoff time for Camping Pass holders.
